Delivery times are an estimate and not guaranteed.
Standard Tracked and Express Tracked are delivered via Royal Mail. Next Working Day and Offshore 2 Working Day are delivered via DPD.
*Working days are Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
Express Service orders may be delivered on Saturdays.
What happens if I have pre-ordered an item?
Your pre-ordered items will be dispatched to you as soon as the stock is available.
Please note, for orders that contain pre-ordered items, your order will only be shipped once all items are available. Please place separate orders if you need other items urgently.
