Returns

We hope you're happy with your order from The Kid Collective, but if for any reason you decide your purchase isn't right for you, you can return unwanted items up to a whopping 100 days after delivery.
All Returns can be processed via our quick and easy returns portal. For your convenience, we offer a wide range of options including drop off to InPost lockers.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items? You can still process your return through our portal. You will need to upload a photo/explanation of the fault, we will approve this within 2 working days and then you will receive your QR code via email to return the item immediately. Our Customer Happiness team may contact you if any further details are required.
Please make sure that all items are unused and in their original packaging (including tags intact) and are unwashed/unworn and in a saleable condition. Unfortunately, we would be unable to refund or credit products once opened if they cannot be resealed, due to hygiene or safety reasons. We cannot accept used items back for a full refund. We encourage you to package your return appropriately in a box with sufficient packing as we will not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. Don’t forget to include your name and order number in your parcel.
Unless the goods were declared & confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrect you are responsible for the cost of return delivery charges. The returns cost will be shown during the returns process and is dependent on the courier chosen. The returns cost will be deducted from your refund amount. If the goods have been confirmed as faulty you will not be charged for your return.
We will let you know when we have processed your return. Please note that returns and refunds may take up to 14 days after arrival.
Returns policy
We offer a 100-day returns policy. If you return an item/order within 30 days, you will receive a full refund. If you return an order/item between 31-100 days, you will receive a full store credit note via an e-voucher.
We will refund the full purchase value of returned goods, to the original payment method used.

Unless the goods were declared & confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrect you will be responsible for the cost of return delivery charges. An amount of £3.50 will be deducted from your refund amount for the return postage costs
Can I exchange an item?
Please be aware we are unable to process direct exchanges. Should you wish to swap your item for something else, you will need to return the item to us, as above and you will be issued a refund. You may re-order the item(s) that you wanted separately.
