Returns Policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You can manage your return using our quick and easy returns portal. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless items have been declared damaged or faulty you are responsible for the cost of return delivery charges. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through our portal will not be accepted.

We recommend that you package your return appropriately in a box with sufficient packaging, we are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during return transit. You must include your name and order number in the return parcel.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately through our returns portal if an item is damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We are not able to accept returns for any of the following:

  • Goods with faults/damage that were made known to you before the time of your order
  • Goods damaged by an attempt to repair them
  •  Bespoke, personalised, made to order or perishable goods
  •  Goods that have a tamper or hygiene seal on the packaging and have been opened
  •  Gift cards

Exchanges

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to swap your goods for something else you will need to return the original item (in line with our Returns Policy) and re-order the item(s) you require.

Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

Notwithstanding the above, in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds

Once we’ve received and processed your return, you’ll be notified via email when your refund has been issued. Please allow up to 14 business days from the arrival of your return order for us to process your return. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process your refund and for it to show in your account.

Order Cancellation

You are able to cancel your order in full within 15 minutes of placing your order using our third party tool Order Editing. This can be done from the Orders page in your Account. Once 15 minutes has passed we are unable to cancel your order as it will have been passed to our warehouse for processing. This does not affect your statutory rights.
