Help Us Double the Love This Christmas: Supporting Rainbows Hospice Through the Big Give

This Christmas, we are incredibly proud to be supporting our charity partner, Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People, in their Big Give Christmas Challenge. This matched-funding campaign runs from 2nd to 9th December, and for one week only, every donation to Rainbows will be doubled. Together, we hope to help them reach their £80,000 target for their Hospice at Home service.

Who Are Rainbows?

Rainbows transforms care for families navigating the unimaginable. They support babies, children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions, bringing comfort, compassion and moments of joy into even the hardest days.

Their work includes symptom relief, emotional support, memory-making, family care and end-of-life care. Rainbows helps brighten short lives and supports families wherever they are.

Their mission is to:

• Relieve pain and symptoms through specialist, compassionate support
• Help every child reach their full potential
• Create lasting memories for families
• Provide comfort and compassion at the time of and following the death of a baby, child or young person

Rainbows’ dedicated team includes specialist nurses, therapists, counsellors and support workers who walk alongside families through every stage, offering care and understanding when it matters most.

Why This Appeal Matters: Home Is Where the Heart Is

Home is often where families feel safest and most supported. It is filled with familiar routines, warmth and comfort. For many families whose child has a terminal condition, home is where they wish to be during end-of-life care.

Rainbows’ Hospice at Home service makes that possible.

Their specialist nurses bring expert care directly into the family home, helping parents and children spend their final days together in the way that feels right for them. It is one of the most compassionate and impactful services Rainbows offers, and the demand for it continues to grow.

This year, Rainbows is taking part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge. For seven days only, every pound donated becomes two pounds, helping Rainbows reach their goal of £80,000 to continue and expand this vital service.

Throughout the year, we donate £1 from the sale of every Connetix Rainbow product to Rainbows.

New Donation Add-Ons for Big Give Week

From 2nd–9th December, we are adding an optional £1 donation add-on to every product and at checkout. Any donation added during this week will be doubled through the Big Give.
